I have been a patient at Groveport Smiles for years. I've had extensive dental work done from an accident. The work Dr Garrison did is excellent. I have been complimented on my front teeth numerous times and no one realizes they are not my natural teeth. The whole staff, from the office, the hygienist and Dr Garrison are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ease of scheduling an appointment via text is a bonus.
I found Dr. Garrison through a referral from a friend and I am so thankful that I did because she's fantastic. If you want a professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff that makes you feel welcome, lessening the stress of your dental fears, call Groveport Smiles. Here you get a personal touch. I've been for at least 5 visits in the past few months to have some dental work done. You are not left sitting for long periods in the waiting room or in your chair, and you are not awkwardly herded to some payment room or cubicle following your service. I was at ease from the very first visit, from start to finish. They work with me based on my needs, my availability, and my insurance/flex plan and the results are top notch. I can't say enough good things about this practice, including all of the staff and Dr. Garrison. Call them and thank me later!
I was a new patient and I said "was" because after my experience there I will most definitely become a "family member " just like they made me feel. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted not just with a hello but more as if the receptionist knew me already. And it just got better from there, right up to Doctor Garrison walking me to the appointment desk to schedule my next visit. The diversity of the staff and the unity of everyone making sure " you" (each individual and I know this because I listened to the interaction between another staff member with another patient) Kudos! To this entire staff for striving and working as one towards the goal of having and giving excellent "family" service.
Facing a fear is tough, especially when you have postponed going to get what other people would consider standard health and hygiene check with the dentist, but Groveport Smiles put me at ease and explained EVERYTHING upfront, Dr. Garrison and her assistant "D" were so courteous and reassuring while setting me on course to get my preliminary x-rays and assessment done in order to get me on track to good dental health. Lori at the front desk is also kind and helpful, and their schedule flexibility and availability is awesome. My experience with this dental office is just beginning, but already know I'm in good hands and that the work will be thorough and competitively priced.
I’ve known Dr. Garrison since i was little and I’ve been coming here ever since. The staff is always nice, and helps me if I need anything. The office is also very clean! Highly recommend! You guys are the best!
Everyone was absolutely PHENOMENAL and such sweethearts. They were so attentive, showed tremendous kindness, respect and empathy for me, very informative and told me so much I never knew and guiding me down the right path to healthy teeth/gums so that was super refreshing, but overall they made sure I left with an absolute clean and bright smile on my face and I left with so much confidence to the point where I went into my interview afterwards feeling amazing and confident (I ended up getting the job I wanted). Dr.Garrison, Michelle, and the entire team were AMAZING to work with! I was referred here by my dad and brother, and I can confidently say that I will never be going elsewhere for my dental care. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! I love everything about this place and I’m excited to come back:)
I went in as a new patient for a wisdom tooth that needed extracted. She was able to extract the tooth with relative ease. After a couple hours of being home a complication occurred when the blood clot dislodged. My mouth would not stop bleeding at all. Went back the next day to have it looked at, and found out it was her day off that day. My heart sank. But when they discovered what was going on they sent Dr. G a message. She came in on her day off to fix the issue free of charge! Not many would even consider that. She is a blessing! 10/10 for all ladies that work there.
